IMMUNITY, IMPORTANCE AND IMPROVEMENT....

IMMUNITY;                                             

 our body has a self protective in build system that resist the all most all types of infections,toxins or organism,this capability of body to fight is call immunity.

the first stage development in our body is auto-generated.whenever it gets attacked by virus,or toxins,it takes weeks or months to develop the immunity,another process of fighting a specific organism is called innate immunity.

in addition to this the body has the ability to urge protective war against some specific invading lethal bacteria's,virus,toxins from other animals,that is called acquired immunity.It activates the antibodies inside our body mechanism which protect us  from especially allergies,it also is bestowed with extreme protection synthesizer i.e is the reason .immunization plays an important role in healthcare program me.

the two initial closely types of acquired immunity in our body is developed and circulated by antibodies which in the blood plasma are capable of attacking the enemy.This type of immunity is called Hormonal immunity/or B cell immunity because B cells lymphocytes produce antibodies.the second type of immunity is called as T cell immunity,as they are activated by T cell lymphocytes.

these both antibodies are formed in the lymphoid tissues of the body.those both B&T cells are initiated by antigens,they help the body to recognize external invasion.

immunization  has played a powerful role in our lives for so many years to produce an immunity against specific diseases,such as typhoid fever,whooping cough,diphtheria etc.

however the temporary immunity can be acquired in a person without injecting an antigen and its done by infusing antibodies activated T cells or both obtained from the blood of some one else which has been immunized against the antigen,such transfusion of antibodies is called passive immunity.

The higher the immunity is the much protected one will be.However  there are some specific immunity boosters in these days taken by everyone.but the best is tobe taken through a proper consultation of  doctors or experts.

Ayurvedic medicines are also providing good results,according to Ayush mantrailaya there are certain guide lines  to follow them,

the general measures are;- Drink warm water through the day.

daily practice yogasana,pranayama and meditation for at least 30 minutes.spices like haldi [turmeric] jeera [cumin],dhaniya [coriander] and lasun[garlic] in food cooking 

take chyavanprash 10 gms tsf in the morning ,diabetics should take sugar free chyavanprash.

drink herbal tea/kada made from tulsi[basil] dalchini[cinnamon] kalimirch[black pepper]shuthi [dry ginger] and munakka[raisin] - once or twice a day.add jaggery[natural sugar] and or fresh lemon juice to your taste if needed.

for kids in milk add half tsp of haldi[turmeric] powder in 150 ml of hot milk-once or twice a day.

for nasal application apply sesame oil/coconut oil or ghee in both  the nostrils in the morning and evening.

during dry cough steam inhalation with fresh pudina [mint] leaves or ajwain[ caraway seeds] can be practiced once in a day .

lavang[clove] powder mixed with natural sugar/honey can be taken 2-3 times a day in case of cough or throat irritation.

the above measures can be followed to the extent possible as per an individuals convenience.
